Creative Voyagers: Ceramics Studio Tour

Creative Voyagers invites teen artists on a one-day creative adventure to No Peach Flameworks in Sebastopol, where they’ll step inside a working ceramics studio and explore the art of Sgraffito.

During this immersive experience, students will learn directly from a professional ceramic artist, gaining hands-on experience in shaping and designing their own ceramic pieces. This trip offers a unique opportunity to see the studio process up close while experimenting with new materials and techniques.

As with all Creative Voyagers trips, the day centers on art-making in the moment, creative 

exploration, and connection. Students will travel together, share a meal, and build community while growing as artists, collaborators, and curious explorers.

Creative Voyagers invita a jóvenes artistas a una aventura creativa de un día en No Peach Flameworks en Sebastopol, donde podrán entrar a un estudio de cerámica en funcionamiento y explorar el arte del sgraffito.

Durante esta experiencia inmersiva, lxs estudiantes aprenderán directamente de un/a artista profesional de cerámica, adquiriendo experiencia práctica al dar forma y diseñar sus propias piezas. Este viaje ofrece una oportunidad única para conocer de cerca el proceso en el estudio mientras experimentan con nuevos materiales y técnicas.

Como en todas las salidas de Creative Voyagers, el día se centra en crear en el momento, la exploración creativa y la conexión. Lxs estudiantes viajarán juntxs, compartirán una comida y fortalecerán comunidad mientras crecen como artistas, colaboradores y exploradores curiosos.
